The proposed design was with the clients’ ideas and imagination in mind with the rear extension that integrates with the rear garden. The proposed design must bring the existing building material into the new pallet and create a flawless blend from old to new. The location of the rear extension is placed where it blends in with the tiered landscaping creating different areas to socialise and gather.
The proposed design was completed to the clients aims to square off the existing kitchen area to allow the area to become more of a usable space. The design of the extension is to use the existing firewall from a previous development & the design of the roof to be vaulted with a velux window to maximise the amount of light within the space.
